SKIP THE QUARANTINE. TAKE THE TEST.

International travellers arriving at the Calgary International Airport can now forgo the mandated 14-day quarantine period by taking a COVID-19 test.A pilot project offers rapid tests exclusively at the Calgary airport and the Coutts border crossing in southern Alberta.

The program offers travellers the option to get a test and self-isolate for 24 to 48 hours while they wait for the results.

If travellers receive a negative response, they are allowed to leave self-isolation on the condition they remain in Alberta for 14 days, get another test in the next six to seven days, and do daily symptom checks.
