QANTAS CONSIDERING TRAVEL PERKS FOR VACCINATED FLYERS

Qantas is mulling over possible travel perks for Covid-19 vaccinated flyers to encourage more people to get the jab. The Australian carrier has previously stated that it favours all passengers to be vaccinated when travel overseas beyond the current trans-Tasman bubble with New Zealand restarts.

Qantas Chief Customer Officer Stephanie Tully says that perks could be offered to help boost vaccination rates in Australia, reports Reuters.

“As a large company that relies on travel to put our people and planes back to work, we’re obviously motivated to help with the national vaccine effort,” Tully said in a statement.
