IATA WANTS YOUR OPINION

IATA is considering the future of air travel and wants your help. The airline association has launched its 2022 Global Passenger Survey and is inviting anyone who flies frequently to contribute their opinions to help shape the passenger experience “beyond the COVID-19 crisis.”

IATA is aiming to reach 10,000 responses from across the world through its survey, which can be accessed online and takes about 15 minutes to complete.

Survey participants are asked questions regarding the nature of their travel experience, from booking through check-in, departures, transfers, and arrival, as well as opinions on baggage, carbon offsetting, biometrics, and more.

“The survey has been designed to provide objective an in-depth insights into the preferences and behaviours of air travellers all around the world with a particular focus on each touch point in the passenger journey,” says IATA.

The survey is available in multiple languages and will remain open till June 30 and the results will be released at the IATA World Passenger Symposium in November in Bahrain. Participants have a chance to win to a US$50 Amazon voucher.
