2017 CARNIVAL PARTNER ADVISORY COMMITTEE: And a new focus on Canada

03 MAR 2017:  Carnival Cruise Line has appointed 31 new members to its 2017 Travel Partner Advisory Committee (TPAC). The purpose of TPAC is to offer guidance related to various trade programmes, tools and initiatives introduced by Carnival.

Each year, the line invites select travel partners spanning an array of agency models to participate in the committee, and additionally, this year the line has expanded the group to include a dedicated Canadian Travel Partner Advisory Committee reinforcing Carnival’s commitment to this key North American market and Canada’s importance to the line’s business.

“The valuable feedback provided by our TPAC members has contributed significantly to the strengthening of our relationship with the agency community,” said Carnival’s vice president of North American Field Sales Mike Julius.

“We’re excited to welcome these esteemed agents to the 2017 group, including a new and extended group of Canadian travel agents, which will provide valuable insights into that market.”

Members of TPAC are nominated by Carnival’s sales leadership team and business development managers. Nominees are selected with the goal of creating a panel that reflects an array of business models that provide balanced and objective feedback through an open exchange of ideas. Travel professionals participate in the committee for a one-year period.
