Starting today, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, will conduct a series of webinars designed to help travel counsellors grow their business with the luxury cruise line. Subsequent sessions will take place on Sept. 27 and Oct. 4.
Hosted by Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Andrea DeMarco, and Sr. VP of Sales, Shawn Tubman, the three-part “The Grow Your Regent Business” series aims to give its network of travel partners the skills to earn some of the highest commissions in the industry and will be “packed full of actionable insights for immediate growth and increased profitability.”
Each 20-minute webinar – Where to Find Regent Guests, Segmentation Insights and Data-Driven Marketing Tactics – will introduce tools, tactics and tips backed by a robust customer segmentation study. The research, which mapped psychographic and behavioural factors of luxury cruise guests and prospects through quantitative and qualitative data points, will is exclusive to RSSC.

Sept. 20 – Where to Find Regent Guests: The first webinar aims to teach Travel Partners how to intelligently target first-time Regent guests by identifying its key customer segments. Insights come from a global study that mapped psychographic and behavioural factors of luxury travellers.
Sept. 27 – Segmentation Insights: The second webinar will analyze several segmentation approaches to help agents drive their businesses. Andrea and Shawn will provide research-backed strategies for targeting Regent personas, utilizing profiling tools.
Oct. 4 – Data-Driven Marketing Tactics: The third webinar will provide with actionable tips and tactics for targeting each distinct marketing channel by using consumer lifestyle data that will help drive strategies for generating, nurturing, and converting leads for each target Regent guest.
