Sandals Royal Bahamian will re-open with a new look on Nov. 4 after a multi-million renovation that will include the addition of several new facilities and the refurbishment of over 200 rooms and suites. The make-over comes as the Sandals Resorts International (SRI) celebrates its 25th anniversary in the Bahamas.
Renovations, which will include the addition of signature river suites, are currently under way and Sandals says the resort will be closed until its re-opening ahead of the winter season so that guests won’t be disrupted by work.
Anyone with a room booked during the closure that wishes to keep their reservation in the Bahamas will be accommodated at the available Sandals resort of their choice, including Sandals Emerald Bay in Great Exuma, with Sandals assuming all airline change fees.
“Sandals Royal Bahamian has a storied past and played a starring role in the history of Bahamian tourism, hosting rock stars and royalty, and we pledge our continued commitment to this captivating island,” said SRI Executive Chairman Adam Stewart.
Sandals Royal Bahamian, which includes hotel, spa, and private island, is located in Nassau.
