FLIGHT CENTER EVP EMMA JUPP ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT

Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) Americas has announced that executive vice president of Product and Distribution, Emma Jupp, will be retiring in June after almost 25 years with the company. Jupp began her career as a travel consultant with the company in 1996 in the very first Flight Centre shop in Canada. She has since held several roles with FCTG including vice president of product and distribution for Flight Centre in both Canada and in the USA.

In 2008, Jupp transferred to London, UK as managing director of Flight Centre-owned BackRoads Touring Co. Ltd. Two years later she relocated back to North America as senior vice president of Product & Distribution, followed by president of the retail brands for Liberty Travel & Flight Center USA. In 2016 Jupp relocated to Toronto, Canada and commenced her current role of executive vice president, Product & Distribution for the Americas.

Of her time at the company, Jupp said, “I’m forever grateful to FCTG for a genuinely incredible career and having made many lifelong friends within Flight Centre and the industry.” Jupp leaves her role proud of her many achievements and looks toward the future free of meetings and emails. She enters her retirement looking forward to spending time with her family and travelling overseas.
