Good morning readers. First, a huge thank you to those readers who emailed encouragement and inspiration as we worked through technical challenges. We are equally thankful and grateful to our advertisers – tour operators, destinations and others – who have been so incredibly supportive and patient through this very trying time.

Now, here we are again, to inform, entertain and yes, perhaps even irritate you.

The new Travel Industry Today looks quite similar to the old one. We kept the bits you always tell us you like, primarily the easy to read – easy to navigate – aspect. However, we have taken the opportunity to present a new clean less cluttered look.

The site is not yet at its full strength – our prime purpose was to get the daily news section up and running. There are still archival content and various categories to be added – you may come across some “coming soon” pages. However, we also have some new twists up our sleeves that we know you will like. We’ll keep you posted as we go along.
