TICO has acknowledged the uncertainty of cancelling or rebooking existing travel plans and has heard from travellers about the long wait times to speak with their travel provider. They are asking those whose departure is not imminent, to consider waiting to call as requests are being processed based on the date of departure in these unprecedented times.
TICO is vigilantly monitoring the COVID-19 situation around the clock and considering all options.
TICO has implemented measures to ensure their operations and staff remain available to provide service to consumers and registrants, while respecting the hygiene and social distancing practices requested by the authorities.
