10 JAN 2017:  Transat has announced the appointment of Susan Kooiman to the role of senior business development representative.  Since joining Transat in 2002, Kooiman has proven herself to be an excellent representative of Transat in the market and a conscientious advocate for the agencies in her assigned territory.

In this new role she will focus on developing business opportunities and providing support to select retail partners, including large call centers, home based travel networks and specialty agencies.  Kooiman will report directly to Nicole Bursey, commercial director.

Lord will be assuming the territory of Eastern Ontario (Scarborough – Kingston). Lord has 15 years of sales experience in the industry and will be working with agencies with whom she has long standing relationships.  Lord continues to report directly to Dan Prior, sales manager.
