Canadians heading to Fort Myers, Florida, this fall/winter have lots of options this year, with non-stop service on Air Canada and WestJet from Toronto, Montreal, and Ottawa. And Fort Myers has lots to offer – gourmet restaurants, pristine beaches, hiking and paddling trails, offshore excursions and hands-on activities at various museums and theatres.
Air Canada will operate non-stop daily service seven days a week with four flights per day from Toronto (YYZ) to Fort Myers (RSW) starting from October 30th to April 15th, 2023.
Montreal seasonal service resumes with Air Canada offering two non-stop flights (Sat/Sun) until November 24th, then gradually increases to five flights per week (Mon/Wed/Thurs/Sat/Sun) until April 15th, 2023.
WestJet will also offer non-stop daily service seven days a week with two flights per day from Toronto (YYZ) to Fort Myers (RSW) starting from October 24th to April 29th, 2023.
Additionally, WestJet will operate two weekly non-stop seasonal flights from Ottawa (YOW) to Fort Myers (RSW) starting October 31st until April 29th, 2023.
“We are thrilled once again to offer Canadians daily non-stop service from several Canadian gateways,” remarked Tamara Pigott, Executive Director of the Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau.
“Our airline partners – Air Canada and WestJet, have provided multiple options for Canadians to explore the more laid-back side of Florida, and we couldn’t be happier with the return of seasonal routes and daily service to Fort Myers.”
