With the annual US Travel Association trade show IPW underway this week in Orlando, the US Virgin Islands Department of Tourism says it is aiming to make a “big splash” as travel returns and new openings, events, and offerings are offered on St. Croix, St. John, and St. Thomas.
“The US Virgin Islands is here, and we are excited to return to IPW as an active sponsor and participant,” says Joseph Boschulte, Commissioner of Tourism.
“We have been experiencing an incredible year in tourism and as a destination we want to continue this momentum and showcase how truly unique and wonderful our islands are by bringing a piece of paradise with us to IPW and inspire more visitation and partnership.”
Boschulte says the USVI is eager to spread awareness of the destination as more than just a stop on Caribbean cruises and as a destination flush with luxury and cultural experiences, adventure hikes, incredible cuisine, and historical sites that provide an engaging experience that goes beyond its pristine beaches.
