It’s Australia month at Goway and any mention of DownUnder always gets me thinking about my favourite singer, the amazing Aussie Paul Kelly – a multi-talented singer-songwriter-poet I have previously introduced in this space, comparing his band and style to Blue Rodeo.
It’s been a couple of years since that video, so without further ado (or covering old ground), here’s another Kelly classic, one of his early songs from the late ‘80s, which is still a favourite today.
(The alternative given the timing and theme, I might add, was “The Easter Bunny Bop” by another Aussie group, Bounce Control. But that would have just been dumb).
