TravelBrands has announced the appointment of Janita Hubbard as Business Development Manager for British Columbia. She brings more than 13 years of experience in the travel industry to the role.
Founder of Flying Solo Travel Club, Hubbard most recently worked as an Independent Contractor with Travel Leaders. Her background spans retail travel sales, business development, marketing, and event coordination.
“Janita’s strong retail background, combined with her professionalism, creativity, and forward-thinking mindset, makes her a valuable addition to our team,” said Bruce Lidberg, Sr. Director, Sales at TravelBrands. “We are confident she will transition seamlessly into the tour operator sales environment and deliver meaningful results for our partners.”
In her new role, Hubbard will be responsible for managing and supporting TravelBrands’ retail partners throughout British Columbia, with a focus on strengthening relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding the company’s presence in the region.
