Starting May 1, 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land, or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online within three days before arrival. The new system replaces the traditional paper-based disembarkation form required for all foreign arrivals.
By digitizing the process, Thailand say it is streamlining entry procedures at international airports, aligning with global travel technology trends.
This move is part of Thailand’s broader commitment to smart tourism and its overall strategy to provide a streamlined, contemporary travel experience, enhancing visitor convenience and connectivity.
The introduction of the Digital Arrival Card coincides with Thailand’s goal of welcoming 39 million international visitors in 2025. Under the “Grand Tourism and Sport Year 2025” campaign, travellers will enjoy a full calendar of festivals, world-class sporting events, and exclusive promotions.
