Sunwing’s 2024-25 winter season will feature the addition of three new sun destinations: Tulum, Camaguey-Santa Lucia, and San Andrés. In total, the company will offer more than 700 hotel in 27 sun destinations throughout Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America, from 24 gateways across Canada.
Highlights of the just-released flight schedule include direct flights from Toronto and Montreal to Cuba’s Camaguey-Santa Lucia and direct service from Montreal to the new airport in Tulum, Mexico, as well as San Andrés, off the coast of Nicaragua.
Other notable additions include:
- Monday flights to Cancun from Kitchener-Waterloo, starting Dec. 16
- Three weekly flights to La Romana from Montreal, starting Nov. 30
- Weekly flights to Cancun and Puerto Vallarta from Victoria, starting Dec. 10
- More options from Ontario gateways, including Hamilton, Windsor, London, Thunder Bay and more, starting Nov. 2
- Weekly departures from Quebec City, starting Nov. 1 and weekly flights to Cancun, Punta Cana and Varadero from Saguenay-Bagotville, starting Dec. 9
- Weekly flights to Cancun and Mazatlán from Kelowna, starting Dec. 12, in addition to direct flights from major gateways across Western Canada
- Continued weekly service to top southern destinations from gateways in Atlantic Canada, including Moncton, St. John’s, Gander, Deer Lake starting Jan. 5, 2025, and,
- Multiple weekly flights to airports throughout Mexico, the DR, and Cuba from the Prairies, starting Nov. 4.
