Airports Council Int. (ACI) World, trade association of world airports, in partnership with SITA, recently announced the winners of this year’s ASQ Airport Experience Awards – considered the benchmark for excellence in airport customer experience as determined exclusively by passengers. This year three Canadian airports made the prestigious list.
Launched in 2006, the 20th annual ASQ Awards (based on 2025 results) are based on a unique program gathers real-time feedback from travellers through live surveys at over 400 airports in 110 countries with a rigorous methodology that ensures accurate representation of a diverse range of passenger experiences, making it the only survey that enables fair airport comparisons.
“The results come amid continued traffic growth, with global passenger volumes expected to reach 9.8 billion in 2025 and projected to rise to 10.2 billion in 2026 – placing increasing pressure on airports to deliver efficient, welcoming, and high-quality experiences at scale,” says ACI.
