An expansive new resort destination opens today in Orlando. Encompassing 32 hectares on International Drive near Universal Orlando and the convention centre, Villatel Orlando Resort will offer two distinct ways to stay: The Villas and the nation’s first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Resort. • Resort Water Park & Experiences: At the heart of Villatel Orlando Resort, guests will discover the 18,500-sq. m. Aqua Bay water park featuring slides like the Blue Blaster, Violet Vortex, and Emerald Rush. There’s also Splash Cove for kids, lazy river, and Grand Resort Pool.
• For sports enthusiasts, the resort boasts courts for basketball and pickleball, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a Top Golf Swing Suite.
