The world’s most exclusive gathering for ultra-luxury travel will take place in Bangkok for the first time in 2027 (June 20-24). Hosted at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, marking the brand’s debut in Southeast Asia.
Considered the most exclusive gathering in ultra-luxury travel, the by-invitation-only, Ultra exists for the very top tier of the ultra-luxury travel industry. Its buyers include Family Offices, Executive and Personal Assistants, and celebrity agents representing UHNW individuals and designing journeys for some of the world’s most discerning travellers.
Every member of the Ultra collective is hand-selected for the calibre and depth of the clients they represent, connecting them with exceptional properties and products from the names defining the very top end of luxury travel. Having sold out every year since its inaugural edition, Ultra has continued to evolve, taking its community to the destinations shaping the future of ultra-luxury travel around the world, say organizers.
For 2027, that destination is Thailand.
Bangkok is rapidly strengthening its position on the global wealth map. The city’s ultra-high-net-worth population is projected to grow by more than 50% by 2030, while Knight Frank forecasts Thailand’s wider UHNW population to increase by 26% between 2026 and 2031, placing the country among Asia’s emerging wealth markets.
That growth is increasingly visible across Bangkok itself. The city has attracted significant investment from some of the world’s leading luxury hospitality names, from the arrival of Aman Nai Lert Bangkok to The Langham’s forthcoming restoration of the historic Custom House on the Chao Phraya River.
At the same time, the Tourism Authority of Thailand has placed quality-led, high-value tourism at the centre of its national strategy, with a growing focus on luxury travellers seeking exclusivity, personalization and exceptional experiences.

The 2027 gathering will take place at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, in partnership with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, giving Ultra’s international community the opportunity to experience first-hand a destination entering a significant new chapter in its luxury story.
