Air Canada Vacations’ 2024 Europe Travel Agent Toolkit is back and packed with opportunities to boost sales and earn bonus commission, plus savings on personal vacation travel to Europe. The updated toolkit features new additions and enhancements aimed at empowering travel professionals with comprehensive resources to support travel agents as they navigate the tour company’s extensive Europe portfolio.

In 2024, ACV is offering Europe as a year-round program with extensive winter tours and ski packages, in addition to existing summer options.

Key features of the new toolkit include:

• A planning guide with overviews of the different package types
• Newly revamped Europe collections
• An enhanced “Tours at a glance” and “Cruises at a glance” table featuring cruise line partners
• A summary of products and offers, including car rentals, Aeroplan, travel protection, Our Vacation and Cruise Promises, ACV&ME Rewards program, and more.

The 2024 Europe program has increased to over 170 tour packages tailored to meet every travel style and features new collections such as European Beach Holidays, Urban Tours, and Premium Tours.

Furthermore, Air Canada Vacations has enhanced product offerings in key destinations such as Athens, Rome, Venice, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, and Dublin, while, new destinations include Scandinavia, the Azores, Alentejo, Madeira, Lombardy, and Sicily.

Available are tours, along with Flight & Cruise and Flight & Hotel packages in 16 countries across the continent.

Commissions & incentives

• Bonus commission: For a limited time, agents will earn 3% commission when booking a tour package and 2% on Europe Air & Cruise packages. Bookings are valid between through March 6 for travel between April 01 and Dec. 31, 2024. Submit your booking here to receive your bonus commission.

• EBB: Until Feb. 18, travellers can save $400 per couple on Europe tour packages or up to $150 per couple on select Flight & Cruise packages in Europe for travel between April 1 and Dec. 31. In addition, Aeroplan Members can earn 4,000 extra points when booking a tour package to Spain, Ireland, or Venice.
• Breakfast seminar: Starting today (Jan. 6), ACV is launching a series of 20 Europe breakfast seminars across Canada, during which the sales team will share highlights of the 2024 product line-up along with its new programs for Europe.
