ACTA-AVALON CRUISE SUMMIT REGISTRATIONS OPEN

Applications are now open for this year’s ACTA-Avalon European River Cruise Summit. Interested ACTA members have until March 31 to register their interest for the ‘Christmas Market Cruise’ on the Rhine River, which sails from Nov. 22 to 29.

The exclusive educational and experiential opportunity is designed to help Canadian travel advisors expand their river cruise expertise while experiencing the festive atmosphere of Europe’s renowned Christmas markets.

The cruise will sail roundtrip from Basel, Switzerland, during which time participants will learn about Avalon’s award-winning Suite Ships, along with tailored Active, Discovery and Classic excursions, festive experiences in port, and expert-led workshops on ship to help them elevate their river cruise sales and marketing strategies.

“There’s nothing more impactful than welcoming advisors aboard our Suite Ships to experience Avalon first-hand,” said Denise Harper, managing director sales Canada, Globus family of brands. “This year’s festive season summit not only delivers magical moments, it provides valuable education and content creation opportunities – all designed to help advisors sell more and success in the growing river cruise space.”

“ACTA is delighted to partner with Avalon Waterways for this third river cruise summit,” said Wendy Paradis, president of ACTA. “Providing immersive, hands-on educational experiences for Canadian travel advisors is a cornerstone of our commitment to professional development. This festive, ACTA member-only cruise presents an unparalleled opportunity to deepen expertise while experiencing the magic of Europe’s holiday season firsthand.”

This specially curated cruising experience is available exclusively to ACTA-member advisors, with discounted airfare provided by Air Canada. Space is limited.
