With the first of its three regional Canadian Travel Industry Summits now less than two months away, ACTA has announced its keynote speakers for its events in Toronto (Sept. 11), Montreal (Sept. 18) and Vancouver (Oct. 1). From technology to accessibility and adventure travel, speakers will offer insights designed to help attendees enhance, or simply fine tune, their skills to help drive sales success.
The events will also introduce new ACTA president Suzanne Acton-Gervais to travel advisors across the country.

Michael Drever, CEO of BranchUp, will present “The Forecast for Travel Advisors in an AI World: Bright and Sunny!” explaining how, at a time when technology is evolving at an unprecedented pace, travel advisors have a unique opportunity to blend their expertise with innovative tools to save time and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Additionally, workplace culture and resiliency expert Beverly Beuermann-King, will present “Building Resilience and Overcoming Burnout” in a keynote designed to empower advisors with actionable tools to thrive in a demanding profession while safeguarding their well-being. The session will identify the challenges unique to travel advisors with advice on how to navigate industry turbulence, and emerge stronger, more motivated, and better equipped to serve clients – and themselves.

In Vancouver, Kerianne Wilson, Director of Customer Accessibility, Air Canada, will speak on “Enhancing Accessibility in Travel.”

Advisors will gain insights and knowledge that are crucial for enhancing their ability to support clients with disabilities.
