This week: Ensemble makes wishes come true; Intrepid incentive invites an agent to TIFF; Tahiti Tourisme has launched a new and improved specialist program in Canada; Aurora Expeditions has a new suite of tools to aid agents; Universal Orlando Resorts has tapped AI to help agents; and the Greece National Tourism Organization talks training.
Ensemble
Ensemble’s leadership team and several team members recently presented Make-A-Wish with a final donation of nearly $7,000 including matching funds officially concluding the consortium’s 2025-26 fundraising campaign and bringing the organization’s total impact to more than $260,000.
Ensemble members, along with several preferred partners, raised more than $126,000 in support of Make-A-Wish. Through Range Group’s – its parent company – commitment to match every dollar raised, that generosity more than doubled, significantly expanding the campaign’s impact and helping grant life-changing wishes for children facing critical illnesses.
More than 70% of all wishes involve travel, making the partnership a natural fit for Ensemble and its members. The more than $260,000 raised through the campaign is expected to help grant approximately 25 wishes across the U.S. and Canada, creating unforgettable journeys that bring joy to children and their families.
With this latest donation, Ensemble and Range have now generated nearly $600,000 in support of charitable initiatives, including Make-A-Wish and Legacy of War Foundation’s Land for Women, a program dedicated to the economic empowerment of Rwandan women through land ownership and sustainable cooperative farming.

Aurora Expeditions

Aurora Expeditions has launched Aurora Advisor Advantage, a new suite of benefits, tools and service enhancements designed to make it simpler and more rewarding for travel advisors to sell the small-ship expedition operator’s voyages.
Developed in response to feedback gathered from the travel advisor community over the past year, the company says the program brings together improvements across commission payments, trade rates, sales resources and digital tools.
Aurora Expeditions has brought forward eligible gross commission payments, with advisors now paid 60 days before their clients’ departure. The revised payment schedule is designed to support advisor cash flow and recognize their work earlier in the customer journey.
They will also introduce insider rates, giving eligible advisors, their friends and family, the opportunity to experience an Aurora voyage when booking within 120 days of departure. Rates will be available from US$300 p.p. subject to availability and applicable terms and conditions.
Meanwhile the enhanced Travel Advisor Hub provides a central location for the information and resources advisors need to sell voyages, including a new Dates & Rates tool to view live voyage pricing across every cabin category and check optional activity availability.
The company is also developing a new online booking portal that will allow travel advisors to book expeditions online. For more information, visit aurora-expeditions.com/travel-advisors/advisor-advantage .
