Trevello in Turkey

RETAIL ROUND-UP: Agent news, fams & incentives

This week: Trevello talks Turkey, Travel Leaders Network takes stock at year-end, Air Canada Vacations’ groups loyalty program gets going, and Kensington reminds travel advisors there’s still time to earn 2025 bonuses.

Trevello

Trevello’s Chairman Circle advisors recently returned from Türkiye with participants “not simply inspired, but transformed” by the journey, according to organization execs. The Trevello Travel Group Chairman’s Circle Reward Trip was presented in collaboration with Insight Vacations, recognizing and rewarding Trevello’s top producers.

Highlights of the excursion ranged from the imperial grandeur of Istanbul’s to the surreal lunar landscapes of Cappadocia (banner photo) and the thermal cascades of Pamukkale’s UNESCO World Heritage travertines.

“Our Chairman’s Circle advisors have achieved something remarkable,” said Zeina Gedeon, CEO of Trevello Travel Group. “This reward trip honours that achievement – but it goes further. It opens doors. It connects them with a community of peers who share their passion and precision. And it arms them with the firsthand knowledge, cultural insight, and confidence to position destinations like Türkiye not as places to visit, but as experiences that change lives.”

Travel Leaders Network

Travel Leaders Network concluded its 2025 Fall Regionals after bringing together over 650 members and preferred partners in Vancouver, Edmonton and Toronto. Combined with the Canadian Mixers in Eastern and Western Canada, TLN reports that over 1,700 members participated in the network’s signature events this year, marking the most successful outreach efforts in TLN’s history.

“Never have I seen such enthusiasm and buzz than at our Canadian Fall Regional Conferences this year,” said Travel Leaders Network’s VP Christine James. “Member demand was strong and both members and preferred partners were so engaged. The events provided excellent opportunities for both our owner/managers and frontline advisors to connect in-person with peers, to educate themselves about our top-notch agency enhancing programs and to learn how to tailor them to their own business needs. Each city offered a remarkable day of innovation, learning and networking that has helped agencies get the most out of their valuable Travel Leaders Network membership while having fun.”

The next series of regional events that will take place in 2026 titled “Ignite Canada” will have a new format including expanded two-day events in each city, with dates and locations to be announced soon.

Air Canada Vacations

As part of Air Canada Vacations’ 50th anniversary celebration, the company has launched its first-ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program, a new initiative designed exclusively to reward travel advisors for their continued partnership. “Fifty years is a major milestone, and this program is a thank you to the partners who helped us get here,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales.

The program, which continues Aug. 31, 2026, applies to group bookings on vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Cartagena as well as Flight & Hotel packages to Canada & the U.S., Flight & Cruise packages, and tour packages to Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East and North Africa. Travel must take place between Dec. 15 and Oct. 31, 2026, and all bookings within this window automatically qualify for the offer.

The program operates on a three-tiered model, Silver, Gold and Excellence, based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period. As travel advisors reach each tier, they unlock a series of exclusive rewards and perks designed to further elevate the groups booking experience.

Meanwhile, agents can secure group rates with only 10 full-paying passengers, and when booking by Jan. 30, 2026, can earn an extra $500 instant credit on eligible wedding groups to Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

Kensington

Kensington is reminding travel advisors who are close to earning their bonus $500 prepaid VISA gift card that there is still time to qualify by completing qualified bookings by year-end.

Advisors can earn up to $250 per booking with more on specialty journeys along with a $500 bonus on every fifth booking within a calendar year. They will also receive their reward as soon as the initial deposit is made on qualified bookings through the travel agent portal by Dec. 31 without needing to wait for clients to travel.

“Travel advisors are central to Kensington’s success, and their partnership is invaluable,” said Marc Moore, VP of Agency Sales at Kensington. “During the holiday season, it felt like the right moment to encourage advisors who are close to earning their reward that they still have time. It’s our way of expressing appreciation for their support, commitment, and collaboration throughout the year.”

Advisors can log in to the travel agent portal at any time to review their status, track the number of bookings needed, and complete any remaining qualifying reservations.
