BURSEY BACK AT PROJECT EXPEDITION

Travel industry veteran Nicole Bursey (best known for her tenure at Transat) has been named Head of Canada Agency Sales for Project Expedition an online platform for discovering and booking tours, activities, shore excursions, private transfers, multi-day itineraries, and tailor-made services in destinations around the world.

The newly created role, designed to support and grow relationships within the Canadian travel industry, marks a significant milestone in the company’s expansion into Canada.

Travel advisors leverage Project Expedition’s concierge team, proprietary technology, and diverse inventory of curated experiences to ensure that their clients have the best trip possible.

With over a decade of success supporting travel advisors through proprietary technology and concierge team, the company says it is now making a dedicated investment in the Canadian market with the appointment of Bursey, who will be responsible for building brand awareness and deepening engagement with Canadian travel advisors and agency partners, leveraging her extensive commercial experience and trusted reputation within the industry.

“We strongly believe in the growth opportunities in Canada and are pleased to have Nicole onboard to spearhead our presence in this important market,” said Rob Keen, Co-Founder of Project Expedition. “At our core, we are a company that champions travel advisors. Our platform was built to empower them with the tools, service, and product range they need to succeed.”

Bursey echoed this commitment to advisors in her statement: “I am very excited to join Project Expedition. From my first conversations with Rob Keen and Jeremy Clement, it was clear that their company is built on a genuine respect for travel advisors. They recognize the critical role agents play in the customer journey and see tremendous opportunity for growth in the Canadian market.”
