With this year’s successful GX Summit in the books, G Adventures has announced the return of its ‘Change Makers’ global incentive program, which will give 15 Canadian travel advisors the chance to earn their way to the next year’s fourth annual Summit event in Morocco.
The successful Canadian agents will earn the right to attend the event in September, joining 75 Change Makers from around the world for a unique experience that celebrates the shared impact of community tourism.
Live now and running up to May 31, the 2025 Change Makers Challenge rewards agents for “doing what they do best: connecting travellers with meaningful adventures that give back,” says G.
Agents earn one entry for each “life changed” (traveller booked) on a G Adventures trip. The top 10 agents from each region will qualify directly, with five wildcard spots available to each region to allocate to agents who commit to changing someone’s life by making at least one G Adventures booking and going above and beyond in demonstrating G’s core values of community and impact.
The wildcard challenges include completing specialized G-learning training modules, fundraising for G Adventures’ non-profit partner Planeterra, and rewards for first-time booking agents.
The Change Makers program runs alongside G-Normous, agent FAMs, and G’evening with Friends, with all initiatives designed to support G Adventures’ travel advisor community.
The Change Makers GX Summit in Morocco aims to be the most immersive yet. From souks to the Sahara, agents will have the opportunity to experience the destination’s rich cultural heritage, including visits to community tourism projects in partnership with Planeterra, and destination highlights designed to deepen their product knowledge.
