Air Canada Vacations has launched a loyalty program for the travel trade. The new ACV Groups Excellence Loyalty Program, a first for ACV, is designed exclusively to reward travel partners for their ongoing support and success in selling groups.
Now in effect, and running until Aug. 31, 2026, all group bookings made with Air Canada Vacations that travel between Dec. 15 and Oct. 31, 2026, will automatically start qualifying for tiered rewards model – Silver, Gold, and Excellence – based on the number of group passengers booked during the qualifying period. Each tier will unlock rewards that can be used towards travel and lifestyle perks, including:
- Aeroplan Points
- Travel Vouchers
- Free Seat Selection
- Complimentary CareFlex or CareFree products
Exclusive offers & benefits
To help partners secure more group bookings, a series of exclusive offers will also be introduced; among them:
- Travel advisors can now take advantage of group rates starting with only 10 full-paying passengers, including children.
- Until Jan. 30, 2026, wedding couples will receive an additional $500 instant credit, applicable toward the final group invoice or as a future travel credit, in addition to the benefits outlined under the “Why book a group with us?” The offer applies to wedding group packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America for departures between April 1, 2026, and Dec. 31, 2027.
- Advisors can hold up to 50 seats and 25 rooms without an additional deposit.
“This program was designed to recognize and celebrate the incredible work our travel advisors do in growing our Groups business,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. “We want to ensure that the more you grow with us, the more you earn and the more you enjoy the rewards that come with being one of our most valued partners.”
