WESTJET VACATIONS LAUNCHES NEW TRAVEL ADVISOR PORTAL

WestJet Vacations has launched a new resource portal dedicated to supporting travel advisors. The new centralized hub “for all things WestJet” offers an improved experience that’s more user friendly and “makes it easier for our partners to search and access the tools and information they need to serve our mutual guests as best as possible,” says the company.

The new portal includes:

  • The latest sales, deals and offers
  • Helpful information and FAQs
  • Webinar and training links
  • Destination and collection information
  • Plus, more to come in future

The site also lists the following amenities:

  • Agent tools: Provides information, training videos, flyers and more to help increase your sales.
  • My bookings: Access your customers’ eDocs, add any special requests, purchase travel insurance, upgrade or select seats, book excursions and more.
  • Group bookings: Enjoy a range of group services for agents like Instant Group Quotes, destination wedding planning services, information on group incentives and more.

While existing WestJet Vacations content will remain accessible on the WestJet Travel Agent Resource Site for a short period of time, all new and existing materials for WestJet Vacations will be published exclusively on the new portal, ensuring advisors have access to the most current information available.

Advisors who have an existing login for the Sunwing Agent Portal can continue to use their information to access the WestJet Vacations Agent Portal. While logging in, they can select ‘WestJet Vacations’ from the dropdown tab under ‘Brand’ or navigate between brands at the top of the portal once logged in. Advisors who do not have an existing Sunwing Agent Portal login can register for an account.

The new WestJet Vacations Agent Portal can be found at Agents.WestJetVacations.com, and is also accessible through SunwingAgents.ca.
