Following the recent appointment of Nathalie Tanious’ as President & Chief Executive Officer, H.I.S.-Red Label Vacations Inc. (RLV) has announced a further series of executive promotions.

The company says the “strategic advancements” are designed to foster growth and enhance operational capabilities within the organization.

The key executive promotions include:

• Diane Lattavo as Chief Air Commercial Officer, leveraging her industry expertise to propel the Air division to new heights

• Sam Youssef, now Sr. VP of Marketing & Partnerships, expanding his role to emphasize on innovative marketing strategies and partnerships aimed at fostering sustainable growth

• Elvi Cal, as Sr. VP of Product & Commercial, will orchestrate seamless product development and commercialization, ensuring a balance between quality and profitability for the company’s growth.

Additionally, the company has announced a strategic restructuring of its IT department designed to enhance technological capabilities. Mike Miljak returns as Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the department, while Domenic Maggi, Senior Director of IT Operations, will oversee all IT departments.
