Ensemble has announced it has become the first travel advisor consortium to partner with Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, a membership-based association that connects executive women across all sectors of the travel and hospitality industry.

Through the partnership, Ensemble and Women Leading Travel & Hospitality will work together to “unite, inspire, and empower” Ensemble’s team of female executives and its membership by providing resources, support, and motivation to achieve personal and professional growth.

“This affiliation is a natural fit for Ensemble which has long been committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of its business,” said Kristina Boyce, Sr. VP of Operations for Ensemble. “We are also proud and privileged to boast that Ensemble’s leadership team includes several women in key executive roles in Operations, Marketing, Partner Relations, and Editorial to numerous Vice President and Director roles in marketing, operations, and technology. We also have a membership comprised of many women business owners and managers and are always creating partnerships that will help them grow their businesses as well.”

Women Leading Travel & Hospitality was founded in 2019 and has quickly grown into a leading organization for women in the travel industry, offering a range of programs and resources to support and advance women’s leadership. Its partnership with Ensemble will enable the organization to reach a broader audience of travel advisors and suppliers, while also providing Ensemble’s members with valuable networking and development opportunities.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Ensemble to Women Leading Travel & Hospitality as a Corporate Partner,” says Hannah DeMaio, VP of Women Leading Travel. “Through our events, content, and learning and development programming, our corporate partnerships enable groups of women executives to become better leaders and more engaged employees.”

Among the benefits for Ensemble’s team include attending the inaugural Women Leading Travel & Hospitality Summit and regional events as well as access to personalized education, training, recruitment, and career opportunities on an exclusive member only job board.
