American Queen Voyages has introduced a savings offer ahead of its 2023 season, which is highlighted by new city-stay packages, and a new ‘Lakelorian’ program on its Ocean Voyager and Ocean Navigator Great Lakes itineraries.
Similar to the Riverlorian program, Lakelorian will provide guests with stories about the history and culture of the region in partnership with The National Museum of the Great Lakes and will feature an exclusive lecture dedicated to an exhibit currently on display in the museum.
The cruise line will also debut new City Stay packages in 2023 spanning between the Pacific Northwest, Northeast, and Southeast US, including a 2023 Official Glacier National Park Pre-Cruise Experience. And the Vancouver/Victoria Post-Cruise Experience will take travellers to scenic and iconic destinations in each city, including the Butchart Gardens & Butterfly Gardens. There will also be post-cruise experiences offered in Boston, Louisville, Ky, and St. Louis for guests who want a deeper discovery of the disembarkation destination.
Comprehensive themed voyages and special events cruises are also on the agenda for 2023 and will allow guests to explore a region more in-depth with added enrichment.
American Queen Voyages will offer culinary cruises with culinary ambassador Regina Charboneau, where dining experiences and storytelling are equally on the menu.
On the river, guests can enjoy wine cruises, bourbon cruises, and Holidays on the River cruises.
Additionally, Cindy D’Aoust, president of American Queen Voyages, will host guests for sailings on President’s Cruises with special friends including cruise line founder John Waggoner.
