20 MAR 2019: Flight Centre Travel Group has appointed Chad Godfrey as vice president of Marketing, Corporate Brands – The Americas, effective 1st April 2019. Based in Boston, Godfrey will oversee the strategic marketing direction of all brands that service Flight Centre’s corporate customers in the Americas, including FCM Travel Solutions, Corporate Traveler, Stage and Screen, and CI Events.

Godfrey previously held the role of vice president of Digital Marketing, supporting Flight Centre’s global leisure brands since early 2018. He brings a wealth of digital and traditional marketing experience to the business, having held several senior positions at start-ups and tech businesses in the Greater Boston area over the last ten years.

Godfrey played a key role in BuyerZone’s acquisition by Tech Media Network (Purch), Gemvara’s acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway, and the retail launch of HOTSHOT, a sports drink developed by a Nobel Prize winner at Harvard University.
