Also, Head Chef at Memories Paraiso resort, Ricardo Catzin, explained that guests “get to enjoy everything from snacks at the beach grill, to buffet and à la carte options, and kids even get their own dedicated menu with many of their favourite finger foods. Those staying at Grand Memories Santa Maria can enjoy the culinary options between the two properties from the main buffet to the Italian à la carte restaurant, and more.”
From kids to couples

Chef Catzin highlighted that guests will “find different kind of vegetables without dressing, so we are sure our guests can mix and match everything they prefer. For the little ones we will always have some chicken, pork, croquettes, french fries, pasta, and pizza available as we know they love it. They also have options at the snack bars close to the beach or the pool. Finally, they will find their own kid’s menu at the à la carte restaurants.”
For even more options, Manager of Guest Services Nersy Rodriguez highly recommends Pueblo La Estrella because it not only has a number of restaurants, but “there’s a bit of something for everyone to enjoy!” she said.
Couples looking to enjoy a nice romantic dinner can dine at the adults only Sanctuary at Grand Memories Santa Maria, as its restaurant Flavors offers delectable international fare and seafood. Chef Catzin also notes that guest staying at Sanctuary can enjoy dining access throughout all three Memories Resorts.
“You can have a romantic meal whenever at any Memories Resort,” he said. “Guests can also book an extra-carte dinner by the pool or by the beach with Rock lobster or Surf and turf on the menu. They can also purchase imported wines that are always available at our hotels.”
Special meals and a show
Chef Catzin added that restaurants at Memories Resorts have meal options to cater to even the pickiest of eaters, and for those who have special dietary needs.
“Our buffet there always has options for those that have dietary restrictions,” he said. “Or, the salad bar has a selection of non-seasoned vegetables that our guests can mix to make salad. We also have different stations for pasta, meat and fish. Finally, guests can contact concierge or guest services anytime should they require anything special.”
After guests’ taste buds are treated to delicious meals, they can also enjoy evening performances. Rodriguez also notes that at around 9pm, families can enjoy theatre performances Toopy and Binoo™.
