23 SEP 2015: Azealia Banks was irate that she had to wait a few minutes to leave the plane while the couple ahead of her got their bags out of the overhead bins. The American rapper launched a foul-mouthed tirade on a flight attendant andtried to  physically attack a man after she was unable to disembark immediately.

The 24-year old singer, who had been sitting in seat 6A, according to TMZ, went ballistic at the unsuspecting French pair, who had been seated in the third row for the duration of the flight from New York.

As the man put his hand out to tell her to wait, an infuriated Banks, according to an eyewitness, spat and punched him in his face and clawed at his shirt. Then taking her frustrations out on a flight attendant, the charming Banks started screaming and called him a “f---ing f----ot.”

The singer apparently uses the word frequently on social media and says in her mind, it is not a homophobic slur. She says to her it means a man who wants to bring a woman down and control them.

That’s quite a mind!

The co-pilot came out to intervene and the police were called. The rapper can then be heard saying, “Give me my bag. Give me my s--t.”

She says, “I am tired and I want to home.” She then leaves the plane and drops her cell phone as she goes.

Police spoke to Banks and witnesses at the baggage claim.  The French couple decided against pressing charges as they had come to LA on vacation and didn't want the disruption.

Banks claimed that her reaction was self-defense and said it was actually she who had been hit.

Banks then took to Twitter,  “Ok so I get hit in the face by a man and no one cares. The only hear what I called the man who was blocking my exit”'

She added, “I don’t care. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. I don’t tolerate bitchassness and I don’t tolerate men putting their hands on me.”

The tweets, which were subsequently deleted, finished with, “Now you all can sit here in your fake outrage and discuss this amongst yourselves !! I’m headed to the beauty parlor! SIYONARA.”

That, of course, should be “Sayonara” and no beauty parlour can pretty up what’s wrong here.
